The Paradox of Intimacy

A black-and-white short film set in a psychologist’s room, where a man opens up about relationships, vulnerability and the complicated desire to be close to someone while still protecting his own sense of peace.

Through an intimate conversation between a psychologist and her patient, the film explores the contradictions of emotional connection, the fear of vulnerability and the ways we navigate love, independence and solitude.

An original work conceived and created by Abhi, encompassing the concept, script, dialogues, casting, direction, videography and production. Released in February 2026, the film went on to receive over 1 million views and 94K likes on Instagram.
